After signing in, you are presented with a clean, user-friendly interface that gives you complete control over your reports, personal data, and account settings. It is designed for transparency and ease of use, putting key functions right at your fingertips.

Here are the main sections and functions available on your dashboard:

1. Read Available Reports
This section provides direct access to the AI Kundali Reports you have purchased.

Functionality: A "Read Reports" button takes you to a page where you can read and copy your available reports. As per the service terms, reports are delivered within 24 hours of purchase and are accessible here for 30 days, or until you choose to delete them.

2. Billing Profile
This area allows you to manage the billing information associated with your account, which is essential for GST invoicing and record-keeping.

Functionality: The "Update Details" button lets you modify your core billing information, such as your name, mobile number, State for billing and address. You can not update your email.

3. My Kundali Profiles
This is where you manage the core birth data used to generate your reports. The platform is designed to allow you to get insights for yourself and your family.

Functionality:
Create New Profile: You can create up to a maximum of six unique Kundali profiles. Each profile requires a name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth.
Manage Existing Profiles: You can view, edit, or delete any profile you have created. It's crucial to remember that if you delete a primary profile, any reports linked to it will also be deleted.

4. Take Actions On Reports Purchased
This is a powerful and comprehensive section that gives you granular control over your purchased reports and associated data, aligning with the rights granted to you under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023.

Functionality: The "Take Actions on Reports" button leads to a management area where you can:
Withdraw Consent: If you previously gave consent for your pseudonymized data to be used for AI training, you can withdraw that permission here.
Resend Report: If you can't find the report in your email, you can have it resent.
Delete Your Deletable Data: You can permanently erase your report data and the associated Kundali data from the CosmicCues servers.
Rate Report: Provide star rating and feedback on the quality and usefulness of the report you received.
Request a Refund: If your purchase meets the criteria outlined in the Terms of Service (e.g., non-delivery, wrong report), you can initiate a refund request directly from this section.
Register Grievance: If you have a Grievance related to a particular report you can register your grievance for the same.


5. Contact Us
This provides a straightforward way to get in touch with the CosmicCues support team for any general queries.

Functionality: A "Contact Us Page" button directs you to the main contact form or page for general assistance.
