In compliance with India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we have established a comprehensive grievance redressal mechanism. We have appointed a Grievance Officer to address your concerns and grievances related to data privacy, content, or any other violation of these Terms. Procedure for Registering a Grievance To ensure your grievance is addressed efficiently, please follow the appropriate procedure outlined below. A. For Grievances Related to a Specific Report Purchased This process is for any grievance concerning a purchased report, including denied refunds or any other aspect of the report in question. Timeline: You must submit your grievance in writing within 21 days of the purchase date. Procedure: To register the grievance, you must first sign in to your account. Navigate to your dashboard, select "Take Actions On Reports Purchased," and choose the relevant report. From the available actions, select "Register Grievance" and provide a specific and valid reason. The decision to accept or reject your grievance will be based on the reason you provide. Important Conditions: Your grievance will be rejected if, after making the purchase and before a decision is made, you delete the linked profile data, edit the linked profile data, or delete the report data in question. Data Review: Please note that when you raise a grievance related to a report, your billing data, profile data, and the report in question will be accessed and reviewed by our team members and/or contracted experts to facilitate a resolution. B. For General Grievances or Data Privacy Concerns This process is for all other grievances, including but not limited to concerns about the unauthorized use of your data, difficulties in exercising your right to data erasure, data security practices, or other violations of these Terms not related to a specific report. Procedure via Dashboard: Sign in to your account, go to your dashboard, and select "Contact Us." Choose the reason as "Grievance" and describe your concern in detail in the space provided. Procedure via Email: Alternatively, you can email the Grievance Officer directly at grievance.officer@cosmiccues.com. 3. Acknowledgment and Resolution Upon receipt of any grievance filed through the appropriate channels mentioned above, the Grievance Officer shall: Acknowledge the complaint within twenty-four (24) hours. Dispose of such complaint within fifteen (15) days from the date of its receipt.
