Purchase Procedure: How to Get Your AI Kundali Report

Step 1: Register Your Billing Details (One-Time Setup)

If you are a new user, you must first register your billing information with us. This is a one-time process required for generating a correct GST invoice.

 Go to the Register section.
 Provide your Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, State, and Address.

Step 2: Sign In to Your Account

It is highly recommended that you Sign In to your account before selecting a report. The AI Kundali Report will be delivered to the email address associated with your signed-in account.

Step 3: Select Your Report

 Navigate to the Reports page from the main menu to browse our product catalog.
 Explore the curated selection of AI-based Vedic astrology reports.
 Once you have chosen a report, click the "Buy Now" button.

Step 4: Verify Your Email (If Not Signed In)

If you did not sign in during Step 2, you will be prompted to verify your email address at this stage before you can proceed.

Step 5: Create or Select Profile(s)

After email verification, you will be taken to a page to provide the necessary birth details for the report. This is referred to as "User Submitted Data."

 You can either create a new profile or select an existing profile you have saved previously.
 For a new profile, you must accurately provide:
     Profile Name
     Date of Birth
     Time of Birth
     Place of Birth
 You must also confirm that you have the consent of the person whose profile you are creating.

Crucial Note on Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the birth data you provide. The quality of the AI Kundali Report is directly dependent on this information. No refunds will be issued for inaccuracies caused by incorrect data submission.

Step 6: Confirm Order and Agree to Terms

You will be directed to an order confirmation page.

 Carefully review the selected report and the final price.
 Select the language in which you want to generate the current report. Please see the Languages Supported page. 
 Then to proceed, you must agree to our Terms of Service, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy by checking the relevant box.

Step 7: Complete Your Secure Payment

After agreeing to the terms, you will be redirected to a secure, third-party payment portal to complete the transaction.

 We share necessary transaction details with the portal to process the payment.
 The payment process, including capturing payment details, is handled entirely by the third-party provider. CosmicCues does not collect or store your sensitive payment card information.

Step 8: Confirmation and Report Delivery

Once your payment is successfully confirmed by the payment portal, two things will happen:

  Email Confirmation: We will send you an email confirming your purchase.
  Report Delivery: We promise to deliver the purchased AI Kundali Report to your email address as a PDF file within 24 hours.
  The PDF report is password protected. Password is the first three letters of your billing name in all caps, followed by the first three digits of your registered mobile number.

Additionally, the report will be available for you to view from your user dashboard on our website for 30 days from the date of purchase, or until you choose to delete it.
