Welcome to CosmicCues, a service operated by CosmicCues (OPC) Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We are an AI-based, online, e-commerce platform dedicated to providing individuals with Vedic astrological and Spiritual information through personalized reports and insights.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website(s), including https://cosmiccues.com and any other country-specific websites we may operate (collectively, the "Website"), and the services provided through them (the "Services").

By accessing or using our Website and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use our Website or Services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when the latest changes were made. Your continued use of the Website and Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Description of Services

CosmicCues is an AI-based, online, e-commerce portal providing Astrological information and spiritualist services. Our primary service is generating AI-based Vedic astrology reports ("AI Kundali Reports") for informational, entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. These reports are based on astrological calculations and analysis performed using Artificial Intelligence, including Large Language Models (LLMs). We currently offer a curated selection of AI-based Vedic astrology reports for purchase.

We present sample reports featuring fictional individuals for illustrative purposes. Please note that your personalized report may differ in structure, headings, and subheadings. The AI determines the final layout and organization based on the specific content of each report, resulting in variations from one report to another.

3. Ordering, Payment, and Delivery

Registration: The first thing that you must do if you have not already done so (One Time), is to register your billing details with us for Invoicing. You would have to provide the following details to us for us to correctly generate the invoice for GST purposes.

Signing In: It is preferred that you first sign in using the "sign in" section after you have registered with us. This is important as this is the email on which the Vedic astrology report selected by you would be delivered. 

Product Selection:In the home page, when you click on Reports, you are taken to our product catalogue page. You can browse the curated selection of AI-based Vedic astrology reports available in the catalogue. When you select a report and click "Buy Now," if you have not signed in you will be taken to a page to verify your email first. 

Profile Creation/ Selection: On successful verification of email you are taken to a page where you would be required to create / select profile/profiles for generating the report. (profile data, we will refer to it as "User Submitted Data"). to generate your AI Kundali Report, you must accurately provide the following information for a profile:        
        Profile Name
        Date of Birth
        Time of Birth
        Place of Birth 
        Report For (e.g., self, some one else)
        An agreement that you have the consent of the person whose profile you are creating


Data Accuracy Liability: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the profile data (User Submitted Data). The AI Kundali Report is generated based directly on this data. We will not be liable for any inaccuracies or consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete User Submitted Data provided by you. No requests for refunds or a fresh, rectified report will be accepted if the inaccuracy is due to errors in the profile data  submitted by you.

Confirmation of Order:After you have created, selected a profile / profiles for report generation you would be taken to a page for order confirmation. On this page you must cross check the report which you are purchasing and the final price what you would have to pay for it. You can select the report generation language here. To proceed to payment page, you would have to agree to our Terms of Service, Disclaimer and our Privacy Policy.

Payment: After submitting your User Submitted Data, you will be redirected to a third-party payment portal to complete the purchase. We share necessary transaction details ("Transaction Data") with this third-party payment portal, which may include your name, email, date of purchase, product ID, amount, and other details required to process the transaction. The payment process, including capturing payment and processing refunds (if applicable), is handled entirely by the third-party payment portal. The third party may communicate with you via email or mobile regarding aspects of your transaction. 


Confirmation and Delivery: Upon successful completion of your purchase through the third-party payment portal, we will send you an email or message confirming your purchase. We promise to deliver the purchased AI Kundali Report to your email address as a PDF report ("PDF Report") within 24 hours of receiving successful payment confirmation. Also, the report would be available on your dashboard for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase or till the time you delete it.

The PDF report is password protected. Password is the first three letters of your billing name in all caps, followed by the first three digits of your registered mobile number.

The default language for report generation and customer support is English only.

4. Refunds


Our refund policy is as follows:

You may request a refund if the report is not delivered on time (Within 24 hours of purchase), not delivered at all, is less than 300 words, or if a report on different topic is delivered.

Refund requests if valid must be submitted within 7 days after a report has been purchased. No refund request would be accepted after this period.


Your refund request will be rejected if you delete the linked profile data, edit the linked profile data or delete the report data in question after having made a purchase from us and before we decide on your refund request.

To seek a refund you should first sign in, then go to dashboard, then "Take Actions On Reports Purchased" and select the report in question. Then out of the available actions you must choose "Request a refund for this report". Then you must mention the specific and valid reason for requesting the refund. Note, it is your responsibility to correctly mention the reason, based on which we will accept or reject your refund request. 


These being AI generated digital reports, no refunds would be made for minor mistakes or your subjective dissatisfaction with the report's quality, you must provide a valid, specific reason for seeking the refund. Based on the reason provided and the validity criteria outlined in these Terms, We will review your request . While we reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet these criteria, you may have other remedies available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We will communicate our decision to you via email or message.

Note, when you request for a refund then your billing data, profile data and the report in question are accessed and reviewed by our team members / contracted experts. 

If your refund request is accepted, we will process the refund within 7 days of the date we informed you of our acceptance. We will send you an email or message confirming when the refund has been initiated.

As stated in Section 3, no refunds will be provided if the issue with the report (e.g., inaccuracies) is due to incorrect or incomplete User Submitted Data (Profile Data) provided by you.


5. Grievance

In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we have established a comprehensive grievance redressal mechanism.

This grievance mechanism is specifically for complaints related to violations of applicable laws and these Terms.

Any grievance related to any report purchased either related to refunds (denied) or any other aspect related to the report in question must be submitted in writing by you within 21 days of having made the purchase. 

Your grievance will be rejected if you delete the linked profile data, edit the linked profile data or delete the report data in question after having made a purchase from us and before we decide on your grievance.

To register a grievance you should first sign in, then go to dashboard, then "Take Actions On Reports Purchased" and select the report in question. Then out of the available actions you must choose "Register Grievance". Then you must mention the specific and valid reason for your grievance. Note, it is your responsibility to correctly mention the reason, based on which we will accept or reject your grievance. 

To register a grievance not related to a particular report you should first sign in, then go to dashboard, then "Contact Us", select the reason as "Grievance" and then you should mention your grievance in detail in the area provided.

Note, when you raise a grievance related to a report then your billing data, profile data and the report in question are accessed and reviewed by our team members / contracted experts. 

We have appointed a Grievance Officer to address your concerns and grievances related to data privacy, content, or any other violation of these Terms.

Contact Details of Grievance Officer are Email: grievance.officer@cosmiccues.com. However, you must first register your grievance, either report related or any other first using your dashboard as explained above. For all follow up actions, you can contact the grievance officer on his email directly. 

The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge any complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and shall dispose of such complaint within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of its receipt. 


6. Data Privacy and Usage

Your privacy is paramount. Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. Key aspects include:

Data Processing: Your User Submitted Data is used to generate Kundali Data on our hired servers.

Report Generation: Pseudonymized Kundali Data is sent to reputed third-party AI (LLMs) abroad for report generation.

Consent for Processing: By agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, you explicitly consent to this processing.

As a mater of policy we do not back up your profile or report related data, so in an event of server or database crash, we would not be able to restore your profile or report related data for you. However, we would restore your billing user and invoice data.

Data Storage and Use for Training: We may store and use pseudonymized data for training our or contracted AI models only if you provide explicit consent at the time of purchase. Note, if there are no refund requests or grievance registered by you for a report for which you have given consent for training, then even that reports data would be deleted after 30 days.

Your Rights as a Data Principal: In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and request the erasure of your personal data. You can exercise these rights through your user dashboard or by contacting our Grievance Officer. For more details, please refer to our comprehensive Privacy Policy.

Your  AI Kundali Report data is available on your dashboard for 30 days, or until you choose to delete it. After 30 days we will delete all your report related data, even the one for which you have given consent for training. However, in case of a refund request or an ongoing dispute we reserve the right to store and access and share your data till the time the dispute is not resolved. However, in case of server or database crash we would not be able to restore the report and profile data for you.

Your profile data can be updated or deleted by you anytime. However, all linked reports with that profile where that profile is the primary profile would also get deleted on deletion of that profile.

We will automatically delete all your profile-related data after 12 months of inactivity on your registered account. We define inactivity as not signing into your account for a continuous period of 12 months. To prevent data loss, we will send a warning email to your registered address approximately 7 days before the scheduled deletion. If you sign in to your account during this notice period, the deletion process will be cancelled, and your data will be retained.

Legally Mandated Retention: For legal and accounting purposes, we are required to retain certain records. Your billing and invoice data will be retained by us for a period of eight years.

Dispute Exception: In the event of an ongoing dispute or grievance, we will retain necessary data until the dispute is fully resolved.



7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, Vedic astrology calculation algorithms, and the AI Kundali Reports generated by our Services, is the property of CosmicCues or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957.  

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website and Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may view and download a single copy of the AI Kundali Report generated specifically for you for personal, non-commercial purposes.  

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit for any commercial purpose any portion of the Website, Services, or AI Kundali Reports without our express written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, reproducing or distributing AI Kundali Reports generated through the Services without permission.  

8. Nature of Services and Disclaimers

You acknowledge and agree to the following:

For Informational, Entertainment And Self-Reflection Purposes Only: The Services and AI Kundali Reports are provided for informational, entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).

AI Report Limitations: You understand and agree that the AI Kundali Reports have inherent limitations, including a lack of personal context, intuition, and the "black box" nature of LLMs, which may lead to inaccuracies, incomplete information, or misinterpretations.

No Guarantees or Warranties: We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or recommendations in the AI Kundali Reports. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

"As Is" and "As Available" Basis: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except for any warranties mandated by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CosmicCues (OPC) Private Limited, its owner, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the PDF Reports.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all direct damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with a PDF Report shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that specific PDF Report.

This limitation of liability shall not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CosmicCues (OPC) Private Limited, its owner, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) your violation of these Terms; (ii) your misuse of the Services; (iii) your provision of incorrect User Submitted Data; (iv) your reliance on the AI Kundali Reports; or (v) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right.

11. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services, with prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent or illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent of the parties. The seat and venue of the arbitration shall be Bengaluru, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

Jurisdiction: Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts located in Bengaluru, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

13. International Use

By accessing our Services from outside India, you consent to the cross-border transfer and processing of your personal data in India, governed by Indian law as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

14. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to use the Website or Services:
(i) In any way that violates any applicable national, state, local, or international law or regulation.
(ii) For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
(iii) To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
(iv) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate CosmicCues, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
(v) To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Website or Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of the Website or Services, or expose them to liability.  

Additionally, you agree not to:
(vi) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Website or Services, the server on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Website.
(vii) Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
(viii) Attack the Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
(ix) Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website or Services.
(x) Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or offline readers, to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional online web browser.
(xi) Scraping, indexing, or otherwise extracting data from the Website without our prior written consent.  

15. The Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Cookie Policy though given sepertely are part of these Terms of Service.
